Chocolate Granola Ingredients :    

3 cups oatmeal     

1 cup buckwheat     

1 1/2 cups shredded coconut     

1/4 cup chia seeds     

1/4 cup coconut sugar     

1 cup hazelnuts     

1/3 cup coconut oil     

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup     

1 teaspoon vanilla extract     

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt     

1/2 cup cocoa powder

How to make chocolate granola?

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Set aside.

2. Mix oats, buckwheat, shredded coconut, chia seeds and coconut sugar together. Add hazelnuts and mix well. Set aside.

3. Place a pan over medium-low heat. Add coconut oil, honey, vanilla, sea salt, and cocoa powder. Mix until smooth. 

4. Mix with oat mixture and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread thinly on the tray.

5. Bake the granola mixture for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven, flip over, and bake for another 10 minutes. During this time, stir every 3-4 minutes or until cooked. You can smell or taste the hazelnuts to see if they are cooked. If they are cooked, remove from the oven and let them cool. Scoop into a container and serve.
